If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid any fees. I charge 30% of the service fee for all appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24-hours. No shows will be charged 90% of the services and I will not accept any future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time so I can deliver the experience you deserve. I understand sometimes unforeseen instances occur but please reach out if you are running late. After 6 minutes, you are considered a no show and we may have to reschedule.
